• WhatsApp Business API integration and onboarding for businesses

  1. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services, you must:
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the authority to agree to these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Meta's Platform Policies

  1. USER OBLIGATIONS

When using our services, you agree to:
• Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content through our platform
• Obtain proper consent from your contacts before initiating WhatsApp communications
• Respect the opt-out requests of message recipients
• Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you

Our services operate through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. By using our services, you also agree to comply with:

• Recipients can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message
• We honor all opt-out requests promptly and will cease messaging within 24 hours of receiving the request

All content, branding, workflows, and technology associated with Callera's services are the intellectual property of RETRO PROJECT A&M S.R.L. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for message delivery failures caused by Meta, WhatsApp, or recipient device issues

  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

  1. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the use of services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:
• You violate these Terms or any applicable policies
• Your use of the service poses a risk to other users or our platform
• Required by law or by Meta's platform policies

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

functionality. These include, but are not limited to, Meta
(WhatsApp), AI providers, cloud hosting services, and scheduling
platforms.

  • We do not control and are not responsible for the availability,
    accuracy, or security of third-party services

  • Any data shared with third-party providers is subject to their
    own terms of service and privacy policies

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by
    third-party service failures, policy changes, or data incidents

  • Message delivery depends on Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure —
    we cannot guarantee delivery, read status, or response times

  • AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes
    and may contain inaccuracies — final business decisions should
    not rely solely on automated responses

14.GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brașov, Romania.
